被人惡意利用自己的沃爾瑪鏈接來投訴自己的亞馬遜鏈接,導(dǎo)致版權(quán)侵權(quán)鏈接被刪!如果將我們沃爾瑪?shù)逆溄訄D片文案都清空,或完全替換成不同的圖片跟信息,去申訴可行嗎?這種只能走DMCA嗎?有模版提供下呢?

2、DMCA屬于反訴,可以要求投訴人出示版權(quán)證明,而惡意投訴的投訴人本身是沒有版權(quán)也無法提交有關(guān)的證據(jù),通過率應(yīng)該還是高的。可以把沃爾瑪?shù)逆溄訄D片文案全部替換掉,這樣對方惡意投訴的估計也抓瞎,而且很可能對方是不知道你們是一家的。有帖友是那種惡意投訴欺詐的直接反訴當(dāng)晚就申訴回來了。
