賬號(hào)登錄時(shí)出現(xiàn)“Help us protect your account”,密碼正確但是無法進(jìn)入后臺(tái),賬號(hào)被暫時(shí)鎖定,請(qǐng)問有大佬知道怎么解決嗎?

賬號(hào)被暫時(shí)鎖定,后臺(tái)無法進(jìn)去,店鋪銷售的產(chǎn)品也無法看到了。
在賬戶被鎖定前一天收到郵件:
We have reviewed your account and decided that your Selling on Amazon payment account cannot be maintained. We will not respond to further emails on this matter.
