品牌備案其實沒那么可怕，只要資料提交對了，分分鐘就過了

第一次提交品牌備案資料：昨天剛提交了品牌備案申請，今天收到郵件直接被拒，原因是Please be informed that we are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):

The brand name on your product images do not match the brand on the brand application. Please ensure the trademark name is clearly visible on your product images.

仔細檢查了產(chǎn)品上的logo,和申請的商標(biāo)，都是大寫，一模一樣。

大家有遇到這種問題的嗎？

第二次提交資料：
還是被拒了，客服回復(fù)：We were unable to identify proof of your brand entity based on the documents provided. You are not eligible for Brand Registry at this time.

第三次提交資料：上傳了回執(zhí)+營業(yè)執(zhí)照，圖片角度改了一下。
等待審核。。。。
又被拒了。?？头貜?fù)：The brand name on your product images do not match the brand on the brand application. Please ensure the trademark name is clearly visible on your product images.

第四次提交資料：找服務(wù)商重新拍了產(chǎn)品圖片，這次加上了包裝。然后上傳的時候提交了回執(zhí)+營業(yè)執(zhí)照，生產(chǎn)和分銷信息那里選擇的是制造商，添加了1張發(fā)票?？头貜?fù)：Reply to this case within 10 days with the verification code and case ID for this application. Once the trademark correspondent confirms that they've shared the verification code, you'll then receive an email to confirm your approval for Brand Registry.

提交了驗證碼，已經(jīng)備案成功了，客服回復(fù)：Congratulations! We are glad to announce that your Brand Registry application for 'XXX' has been approved. Welcome to Amazon Brand Registry!

備案心得：品牌備案其實沒那么可怕，只要資料提交對了，分分鐘就過了。。。

前幾天買了個黑律師的標(biāo)，服務(wù)商先把律師撤了。然后我用營業(yè)執(zhí)照，品牌授權(quán)書，服務(wù)商給的產(chǎn)品圖，形式發(fā)票。當(dāng)天就提交了，兩個工作日回復(fù)驗證碼，當(dāng)天就過了。我備案了三個品牌，都是這么快。只不過這次是黑律師。
