Your Amazon seller account has been permanently deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.?
Why did this happen?

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please submit evidence or documentation showing that your account has not violated our "Adult products policies & guidelines".

To submit this information, please follow the instructions in the banner at the top of your Account Health page in Seller Central:

What happens if I do not send the required information?
If you do not provide the required information, your account will remain deactivated.?
If you have funds in your account, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com, after 90 days following this notification. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

①實(shí)際上，對(duì)于賬號(hào)封停來(lái)說(shuō)，一旦觸發(fā)永久停用問(wèn)題，無(wú)論是違禁品永久停用還是成人用品永久停用都在目前的亞馬遜政策當(dāng)中屬于無(wú)法解決的高難度性問(wèn)題，顧名思義永久停用問(wèn)題亞馬遜雖然給到后臺(tái)申訴入口，但實(shí)際上審核團(tuán)隊(duì)是不進(jìn)行申訴審核的，繼而申訴通過(guò)更是沒(méi)有實(shí)際機(jī)會(huì)；
②對(duì)于該類(lèi)問(wèn)題，其實(shí)相關(guān)政策情況與二刷問(wèn)題較為相似，都屬于亞馬遜政策卡死的高難度性問(wèn)題，所以處理方式基本上也一致；首先，永久停用基本上只有一次申訴機(jī)會(huì)，而近期提交基本上必定會(huì)被拒并且通常一次就會(huì)拒死，所以對(duì)于申訴端口來(lái)說(shuō)，建議先觀望一下，保留申訴機(jī)會(huì)，不排除后續(xù)亞馬遜會(huì)放松政策給到實(shí)際申訴機(jī)會(huì)或者研討出突破性方案，如果后續(xù)有機(jī)會(huì)處理而申訴機(jī)會(huì)已經(jīng)使用被拒死，那么能夠處理也已經(jīng)沒(méi)有解決方案；再爾，如果賬號(hào)資金較高，可以考慮三個(gè)月后，申訴資金通道開(kāi)啟進(jìn)行資金申訴，資金申訴相對(duì)而言難度也較高，但至少有挽回?fù)p失的機(jī)會(huì)；
