How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please submit evidence or documentation showing that your account has not violated our "Adult products policies & guidelines".

What happens if I do not send the required information?
If you do not provide the required information, your account will remain deactivated.?
If you have funds in your account, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com, after 90 days following this notification. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

①實際上,對于賬號封停來說,一旦觸發(fā)永久停用問題,無論是違禁品永久停用還是成人用品永久停用都在目前的亞馬遜政策當中屬于無法解決的高難度性問題,顧名思義永久停用問題亞馬遜雖然給到后臺申訴入口,但實際上審核團隊是不進行申訴審核的,繼而申訴通過更是沒有實際機會;
②對于該類問題,其實相關政策情況與二刷問題較為相似,都屬于亞馬遜政策卡死的高難度性問題,所以處理方式基本上也一致;首先,永久停用基本上只有一次申訴機會,而近期提交基本上必定會被拒并且通常一次就會拒死,所以對于申訴端口來說,建議先觀望一下,保留申訴機會,不排除后續(xù)亞馬遜會放松政策給到實際申訴機會或者研討出突破性方案,如果后續(xù)有機會處理而申訴機會已經使用被拒死,那么能夠處理也已經沒有解決方案;再爾,如果賬號資金較高,可以考慮三個月后,申訴資金通道開啟進行資金申訴,資金申訴相對而言難度也較高,但至少有挽回損失的機會;
綜上所述,建議近期不進行申訴,保留申訴機會,后續(xù)若有機會再進行處理,三個月后可以考慮申訴資金,但法人必須能夠聯系并且配合認證;
