美國站兒童運動產(chǎn)品被下架，后臺標(biāo)記為food and product safety issues，提交了cpcs 和cpc申訴。亞馬遜讓我們提交一個note from Regulatory Agent , 這個請問是什么？怎么獲??？其他賣家鏈接基本都已經(jīng)恢復(fù)在售了

1.美國站兒童運動產(chǎn)品在2個月前下架了，被標(biāo)記成 Food and product safety issues.? 我們找有資質(zhì)的實驗室做了CPCS 和CPC，提交了申訴，其中一個asin：亞馬遜回復(fù)我們要提交一個這個：“ a note from the Regulatory Agency showing that the product is compliant and can be reinstated.? ”?
a. 請問這個 “note”怎么獲?。坑凶鲞^這個note的同行能發(fā)一份給我們看看么？?
b 其他的asin： 每周收到機械性的答復(fù)，就是讓我們等待，我看其他的賣家鏈接基本都已經(jīng)恢復(fù)在售了
請問有什么辦法么？（是不是不要去催促亞馬遜審核證書會更好）
c.另外想請問一下 SGS的檢測報告和CPC是不是更有可信度一些，我們需要找SGS重新做一份么？

“I understand your concern is regarding ASIN: ***.
I would like to inform you that for appeals sellers must provide a note from the Regulatory Agency showing that the product is compliant and can be reinstated. Additionally, sellers must provide relevant product safety testing documentation and certification from an accredited independent testing laboratory. Electronic products require the appropriate UL standard from an ISO/ILAC 17025 certified lab. Children's products require an up-to-date (within the last year) CPSIA Compliance testing documentation from a CPSC approved laboratory, in addition to safety standard ASTM F963 if the product is a toy. For all other products, please submit all testing the seller has on hand from an ISO 17025 certified laboratory. ”
