海外倉(cāng)發(fā)到FBA倉(cāng)庫(kù)的貨被亞馬遜給弄丟了,不給賠償,現(xiàn)在這個(gè)局面要咋處理呢?
去年11.17號(hào)從美國(guó)海外倉(cāng)發(fā)了一票貨到FBA倉(cāng)庫(kù),亞馬遜自提,物流顯示11.20號(hào)就被簽收了。但是庫(kù)存一直沒(méi)有給與上架,期間也開(kāi)了case催促,直到12月31日一個(gè)半多月亞馬遜才close了貨件。當(dāng)即就在貨件下開(kāi)了差異查詢(xún)case,亞馬遜要求:
1. 提供該票貨物的購(gòu)買(mǎi)發(fā)票
2. 發(fā)票日期要早于發(fā)貨前

CASE回復(fù)情況:
1. 這個(gè)產(chǎn)品正好采購(gòu)那邊沒(méi)有定期開(kāi)商業(yè)發(fā)票,就臨時(shí)開(kāi)了當(dāng)天的商業(yè)發(fā)票,亞馬遜不接受
2. 回復(fù)亞馬遜的case中也提到了無(wú)法提供之前的商業(yè)發(fā)票,只能提供物流簽收信息和采購(gòu)合同,亞馬遜還是不接受
