不出單的產(chǎn)品被發(fā)了律師函，資金被凍結(jié)了。績效通知那里附上了幾百個ASIN，但都沒有找到我的產(chǎn)品。于是開了好幾個case讓客服找也一樣沒有找到，還剛補了一批貨。這該要怎么處理呢？

大家好，前幾天美國站收到了律師函，資金被凍結(jié)了?？冃ㄖ抢锔缴狭藥装賯€ASIN，但都沒有找到我的產(chǎn)品。于是開了好幾個case讓客服找也一樣沒有找到。

后來嘗試到加拿大站找才發(fā)現(xiàn)之前上架了一款產(chǎn)品，那個產(chǎn)品一直沒出過單，可能唯一的一單就是被那個流氓律所釣魚購買。好像看到說是圖片上有他們商標，但是那個圖片也是1688下載的，而且我們的圖片上也并未有上傳帶有任何商標的圖片。奇怪的是后臺也并未有任何申訴的入口，亞馬遜也不理這個事，直接讓我們聯(lián)系投訴方，人家擺明了是流氓律師，也不會這么輕易撤訴。
雖然加拿大賬號里面沒有什么資金，但是美國賬號里面有幾個SKU剛做的有點起色，還剛補了一批貨。這該要怎么處理呢？請大家?guī)蛶臀?，謝謝！

2、你要做的事情其實很簡單，只是牽扯到資金看起來很復雜。第一，要確認侵權(quán)的點在哪里，不能用好像來說，一定要明確侵權(quán)點，通常最好就是從對方律所直接給你回復，你們產(chǎn)品哪里侵權(quán)了。
3、得到對方的回復之后，確認自己的產(chǎn)品是否真的侵權(quán)，如果不是，準備應訴，如果是，又想留下店鋪，只能準備和解。但是不管你是應訴還是和解，通常都要請代理律師去操作，去談，一般代理費用900美金起。另外很有可能你自己去回復的話，對方律所不理會你的信息。

PS:應訴有效期在2-3個月，一定要注意不要錯過了時間，不然直接判輸，店鋪永久凍結(jié)。
