不出單的產(chǎn)品被發(fā)了律師函，資金被凍結(jié)了?？?jī)效通知那里附上了幾百個(gè)ASIN，但都沒有找到我的產(chǎn)品。于是開了好幾個(gè)case讓客服找也一樣沒有找到，還剛補(bǔ)了一批貨。這該要怎么處理呢？

大家好，前幾天美國(guó)站收到了律師函，資金被凍結(jié)了?？?jī)效通知那里附上了幾百個(gè)ASIN，但都沒有找到我的產(chǎn)品。于是開了好幾個(gè)case讓客服找也一樣沒有找到。

后來嘗試到加拿大站找才發(fā)現(xiàn)之前上架了一款產(chǎn)品，那個(gè)產(chǎn)品一直沒出過單，可能唯一的一單就是被那個(gè)流氓律所釣魚購(gòu)買。好像看到說是圖片上有他們商標(biāo)，但是那個(gè)圖片也是1688下載的，而且我們的圖片上也并未有上傳帶有任何商標(biāo)的圖片。奇怪的是后臺(tái)也并未有任何申訴的入口，亞馬遜也不理這個(gè)事，直接讓我們聯(lián)系投訴方，人家擺明了是流氓律師，也不會(huì)這么輕易撤訴。
雖然加拿大賬號(hào)里面沒有什么資金，但是美國(guó)賬號(hào)里面有幾個(gè)SKU剛做的有點(diǎn)起色，還剛補(bǔ)了一批貨。這該要怎么處理呢？請(qǐng)大家?guī)蛶臀?，謝謝！

2、你要做的事情其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，只是牽扯到資金看起來很復(fù)雜。第一，要確認(rèn)侵權(quán)的點(diǎn)在哪里，不能用好像來說，一定要明確侵權(quán)點(diǎn)，通常最好就是從對(duì)方律所直接給你回復(fù)，你們產(chǎn)品哪里侵權(quán)了。
3、得到對(duì)方的回復(fù)之后，確認(rèn)自己的產(chǎn)品是否真的侵權(quán)，如果不是，準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)訴，如果是，又想留下店鋪，只能準(zhǔn)備和解。但是不管你是應(yīng)訴還是和解，通常都要請(qǐng)代理律師去操作，去談，一般代理費(fèi)用900美金起。另外很有可能你自己去回復(fù)的話，對(duì)方律所不理會(huì)你的信息。

PS:應(yīng)訴有效期在2-3個(gè)月，一定要注意不要錯(cuò)過了時(shí)間，不然直接判輸，店鋪永久凍結(jié)。
