不出單的產(chǎn)品被美國律所發(fā)了律師函。那個產(chǎn)品一直也沒出單，可能唯一的一單就是被那個流氓律所釣魚購買。和解費最低2000多刀起。里面現(xiàn)在沒有什么資金，但是賬號還是想要的

大家好，如題，早上發(fā)現(xiàn)自己賬號被發(fā)了律師函，資金凍結(jié)。那個產(chǎn)品一直也沒出單，可能唯一的一單就是被那個流氓律所釣魚購買。好像看到說是圖片上有他們商標，但是那個圖片是1688下載的，也是從我購買這產(chǎn)品的商家那里。
聯(lián)系了服務商，說是和解費最低2000多刀起。里面現(xiàn)在沒有什么資金，但是賬號還是想要的。請大家?guī)蛶臀?，謝謝

昨天仔細的看了鏈接，發(fā)現(xiàn)根本沒有用過他們品牌詞，然后外觀專利也是過期狀態(tài)，但是又能有什么辦法呢？另外，同樣產(chǎn)品的小伙伴也可以一起聯(lián)系我。推薦你們到抱團群里。有的伙伴是打算抱團應訴了。我沒有資金凍結(jié)，還在猶豫。

2：沒有出單沒有銷售記錄，這是很好的應訴條件；
3：律所起訴的是沒辦法申訴的，如果法院下了TRO文件，亞馬遜只負責凍結(jié)你的賬戶金額，但不會封你店鋪，如果賬戶沒有被凍結(jié)，趕緊提款，如果凍結(jié)了，那就找專門的律師去跟跟對方協(xié)商，你的沒有銷售記錄，一般賠償金是要求最低的，2000美金應該；
4：看你的賬號價值，如果庫存不大，銷量不是太好，可以選擇放棄，不過你被起訴的產(chǎn)品是沒有銷售記錄的，建議應訴或者和解，你可以找找看看有沒有同案件的人一起應訴，找interlink law group這個律所，之前這個律所代理了一批婚紗賣家，成功撤訴了的，說明有經(jīng)驗對抗大衛(wèi)律所，具體內(nèi)容：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/8Wu0GXAeyA3fi9naLOdTCQ
