產(chǎn)品是我很早之前注冊的外觀專利。
很長一段時間都是就我在賣
但是最近發(fā)現(xiàn)了好幾個賣家 然后我去專利侵權的界面投訴， 發(fā)現(xiàn)亞馬遜不給我過
我想問下投訴侵權的步驟是什么
?
我的專利是美國外觀專利的，去年12月份 到的專利，申請不走就是在https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement
報告侵權的界面投訴的，一直說投訴不通過我也是按照他的要求來的
