二手投訴,描述不符,Condition Guidelines,產(chǎn)品被下架,對(duì)方是如何多次投訴的?又如何根治?

Sellers on Amazon.com are responsible for listing their items in accordance with our Condition Guidelines.
想知道對(duì)方是如何投訴的。買家下單后投訴還是直接后臺(tái)開case就可以投訴?
然后解決方法是寫POA,正常幾天就能恢復(fù)。但是要如何杜絕多次被投訴?可以發(fā)郵件給績(jī)效申請(qǐng)listing保護(hù)嗎?
也想反擊,但是花錢只查了個(gè)郵箱,郵箱不對(duì)應(yīng)任何賣家賬號(hào)。
現(xiàn)在只能推測(cè)投訴我的兩種可能,1是這個(gè)郵箱是買家郵箱,買家下單后投訴。2.是這個(gè)郵箱是子賬號(hào)郵箱,用亞馬遜子賬號(hào)后臺(tái)開case舉報(bào)投訴我的listing。
這一定是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手搞的。產(chǎn)品全五星,退貨率極低。并且最近兩天美國(guó)和加拿大接連被投訴。我另外一款自然全一星差評(píng)退貨率極高的從來(lái)沒(méi)被投訴過(guò)。所以這是同行惡搞無(wú)疑
請(qǐng)懂的大佬能否解答一下我的疑問(wèn)?并且最好能幫我找到是誰(shuí)搞的,重金懸賞!

2. 最根本的解決辦法是去找到惡搞你的賣家是誰(shuí)。分析下目前競(jìng)品,有哪些是需要踩著你上位的。查到品牌所屬公司,直接打電話過(guò)去溝通,就當(dāng)是震懾也行?;蛘咧苯幼?cè)一個(gè)買家賬號(hào),給你的競(jìng)品發(fā)郵件說(shuō)明情況,要活大家一起活,要是我的產(chǎn)品死了,你們也別想好過(guò)?。?!

現(xiàn)在的亞馬遜生態(tài)環(huán)境真的太惡劣了,而且大部分都是中國(guó)賣家惡搞,真的討厭這些騷操作的人?。?!
