FBA貨件接收1/3后,剩下的一直不更新,后臺(tái)差異調(diào)查一直不開放? 怎么才能知道我們的貨去哪了???
我們6月份的一個(gè)貨件,7月9日接收了1/3,之后一個(gè)月都沒(méi)有任何更新。開幾個(gè)case,客服要么說(shuō)沒(méi)有權(quán)限處理,要么就要我們自己等待后臺(tái)的差異查詢開放,申請(qǐng)調(diào)查。 開英文case, 美國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)回復(fù)要我們提供物流追蹤單號(hào)和發(fā)票。然后提供了發(fā)票,然后就是等待等待。

等待8月2號(hào),后臺(tái)顯示貨件箱子數(shù)量不對(duì),然后我們又提供了物流追蹤單號(hào)和發(fā)票??头貜?fù)直接拒絕了我們的請(qǐng)求(后臺(tái)顯示問(wèn)題,然后我們申請(qǐng)調(diào)查,被直接拒絕。是這樣回復(fù)的 Your request has been denied. The problem reported does exist for this shipment and no changes have been made. Another investigation request cannot be submitted for this. If another review is required due to additional information you may have, please re-open the case.)。

另外一個(gè)case是這樣回復(fù)的:
The Merchant Inbound Coaching (MIC) Team examines the root cause of errors that delay the receiving process as one of our means of gathering inputs to help Sellers improve. Once our investigation is complete we advise the specific issues, including the process as it pertains to your future shipments. Our goal is to educate and provide information to help you identify errors made during the shipment creation that caused receiving errors once the shipment was sent to our fulfillment center.
At this time, the MIC Team is unable to take further action regarding this problem listing. If you are concerned about unit receive levels, you may launch an investigation by visiting the reconcile tab or contacting seller support

現(xiàn)在都不知道要怎么辦了。除了S等還有其他什么辦法嗎?
