亞馬遜經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)入庫數(shù)量不對的情況,我這次發(fā)貨就多了10多個A款產(chǎn)品,少了10多個B款產(chǎn)品,期間客戶發(fā)來郵件說收錯貨,聯(lián)系后客戶無退貨,應該是事情解決了,分享一下我的郵件

For computer:
Login amazon account, click "help" under search column, scroll down to the bottom choose "need more help"- "contact us". Refer to attached image A.
For mobile phone:
Login amazon app, Scroll down to the bottom find: Customer Service, click in and scroll down again to the bottom click "contact us", and you could choose "chat" or ' call". Refer to attached image B.
