We apologize our items that infringe intellectual property rights of the rights owners ?and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you .Thanks for your time in handling the case .
We have already shipped any open orders
We have reviewed the issue , and realized the mistake we made in previous behavior. Usually our listed product are recommend by the listing development department ,they will search for the best seller on amazon according to the ratings . Then the staff will searched the asin brand on http://www.uspto.gov/ one by one , if the brand are registered ,we will take a note :this can not be sold until getting the permission. If the brand are not registered we will souse the item from reliable suppliers and then recommend to the listing operation department .We thinks that the mistake was made in this process ,the staff failed to find out the brand was already registered .
We have a sense of compliance with Amazon rules ,only in handling process we should strengthen the inspection mechanism in the company ,to avoid this stupid actions ,we have make a detail plan as below :
1.We have followed your suggestion, searched intellectual Property Violations in Seller Central Help.We have known sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products they offer are legal and authorized for sale or re-sale. This will avoid future stupid actions and not to have to learn the lessons in a hard way.
2.We have checked one by one for the asins list in our Internal data statistics system , and deleted the problematic asins (now its on our blacklist),confirmed the rest are safe(we have the rights to sell) and downloaded an inventory report ,after comparing the 2 copies of data ,we deleted the those problematic one straight away .we will not list it again.
3.This accident indeed a lesson for us .We should not simply find asin and follow ,but also register our own brand and create our own listings.This will be safe and can protect our rights at large .we are a young team ,we can learn from?

一般情況下,你如果逾期提交資料,amazon是會(huì)徹底封號(hào)的。
服務(wù)商的能力有多強(qiáng),我不知道。所以,不敢亂說(shuō)。如果服務(wù)商是先做事兒后付款,那你可以試試。
