1、粗心大意,運營在上傳鏈接之后,我們沒有檢查listing
2、運營只想到達成自己的績效獎金,不遵守亞馬遜政策,倉庫也沒對產(chǎn)品做好包裝質檢
3、我們沒有對我們的員工進行足夠的關于亞馬遜銷售政策的相關培訓,不夠了解平臺政策
4、缺乏對于員工的管理

分別對運營、開發(fā)、上級領導、公司的模式做出不同的對策,

1、運營已在帳戶檢查了所有ASIN,并且刪除了所有受限商品鏈接,我們確保賬戶沒有受限商品了,今后將更加注意檢查
2、對銷售沒認真檢查鏈接,開發(fā)人員檢查產(chǎn)品做出懲罰,列舉一下懲罰措施,罰款,出具書面警告等,
3、公司管理沒到位,列舉一下懲罰措施,罰款,出具書面警告等
4、我們已經(jīng)檢查了庫存中所有庫存的狀況,并退回了所有限售產(chǎn)品給供應商
5、優(yōu)化亞馬遜政策培訓體系
