A店鋪美國站品牌是否能授權給B店鋪歐洲站？(店鋪注冊資料不同)

?A店鋪美國站和B店鋪歐洲站是不同營業(yè)執(zhí)照申請的兩個店鋪。目前美國商標已下，在美國已經(jīng)備案成功。歐盟商標因為有太多相近商標沒有申請成功。
歐洲這邊在使用美國商標備案的時候提示該商標已經(jīng)被注冊。
后來通過美國站聯(lián)系品牌備案團隊進行品牌授權得到如下回復。
問題：
是否可以讓美國店鋪授權給歐洲？會不會存在關聯(lián)風險？現(xiàn)在該如何操作？老板催的緊，希望各位幫幫忙。
