?A店鋪美國站和B店鋪歐洲站是不同營業(yè)執(zhí)照申請(qǐng)的兩個(gè)店鋪。目前美國商標(biāo)已下，在美國已經(jīng)備案成功。歐盟商標(biāo)因?yàn)橛刑嘞嘟虡?biāo)沒有申請(qǐng)成功。
歐洲這邊在使用美國商標(biāo)備案的時(shí)候提示該商標(biāo)已經(jīng)被注冊(cè)。
后來通過美國站聯(lián)系品牌備案團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行品牌授權(quán)得到如下回復(fù)。
問題：
是否可以讓美國店鋪授權(quán)給歐洲？會(huì)不會(huì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)？現(xiàn)在該如何操作？老板催的緊，希望各位幫幫忙。
