亞馬遜貨件已送達(dá)亞馬遜倉(cāng)庫(kù)但是一直未登記,現(xiàn)在貨物丟了亞馬遜拒絕我的索賠怎么處理?

貨件頁(yè)面物品信息狀態(tài)欄那里顯示“調(diào)查已完成 - 已清點(diǎn)并確認(rèn)貨件內(nèi)容”
然后提交發(fā)票,簽收單的地方可以上傳文檔,但是無(wú)法提交,點(diǎn)擊預(yù)覽之后顯示的是:
未提供狀態(tài)/操作
請(qǐng)?jiān)凇盃顟B(tài)/需操作”列下方為每件商品選擇一個(gè)選項(xiàng),以提交此請(qǐng)求。

也就是說(shuō)我無(wú)法在貨件頁(yè)面這個(gè)地方發(fā)起索賠。 所以我直接開case發(fā)起索賠,但是卻收到以下回復(fù):

我的貨物是確定送達(dá)了亞馬遜倉(cāng)庫(kù)的,LBE1這個(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù),這個(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)最近一直都存在簽收慢的情況,但是這次我的貨直接給我整丟了,現(xiàn)在我還有什么辦法拿到賠償呢??
