掃號目前申訴基本是無可能，轉(zhuǎn)視頻還有機會。目前重開二次視頻是非常難的，服務(wù)商先前有做重開二次視頻的驗證，但是現(xiàn)在不接單了，渠道源估計被封了。那你只能自己聯(lián)系官方途徑去獲得重開二次視頻的機會，一個是找賬戶經(jīng)理，透明計劃經(jīng)理，付費經(jīng)理（一般是L6的，比一般經(jīng)理等級高），看他們是否有機會幫你恢復(fù)二次視頻驗證機會。另一個是聯(lián)系官方團隊幫忙恢復(fù)：亞馬遜總裁貝索斯的郵箱：jeff@amazon.com，績效團隊：seller-performance-policy@amazon.com，視頻驗證審核團隊的郵箱：Seller-identityverification-cn@amazon.com, seller-reactivation@amazon.com。申訴的時候要把你違反直送的緣由，以及改正措施也提及一下。
申訴成功資料的完整度也很重要，可以提供的資料（越充足越好）：身份證信息，發(fā)票（絕大多數(shù)審核發(fā)票的作用都很大），營業(yè)執(zhí)照，營業(yè)執(zhí)照公證書（有聽說有人用這個過了二審），水電煤賬單/電視費用賬單和座機費用賬單，網(wǎng)絡(luò)賬單（可以拉網(wǎng)線或者找服務(wù)商開），信用卡賬單，銀行卡賬單，中國銀行綜合信用憑證（很多的審核都有用），品牌授權(quán)書，等資料（這些資料主要目的就是佐證你是一個真實的賣家）
