信用卡扣款失敗,導(dǎo)致店鋪停用,是自己申訴還是找服務(wù)商?需要提交一些什么資料?
前段時(shí)間收到TRO,為了防止信用卡被扣,我讓法人將信用卡的額度降低到1000,這樣的話,信用卡就扣不了多少錢。但是我沒想到亞馬遜會(huì)分?jǐn)傇伦獾郊幽么蠛湍鞲?,等亞馬遜發(fā)起扣款的時(shí)候,導(dǎo)致信用卡扣款失敗。時(shí)候詢問法人的時(shí)候,她的信用卡有分期,將那1000的額度用完了?,F(xiàn)在將額度恢復(fù)了,扣款也可以正???。但是亞馬遜停用了店鋪,這個(gè)怎么申訴?需要提交一些什么資料?
