美國站信用卡無效該如何解決?次user的各個模塊都能正常使用,主user的應該也是,至少瀏覽各個模塊都正常。今天按照以上郵件提示操作,Replace charge method,選擇之前的信用卡,馬上就提示信用卡失效了

We have taken this action due to an extended period of inactivity on your account. To protect your business, we have restricted changes to your account until we can verify your identity.
How do I verify my identity and reactivate my account?
To verify your identity and reactivate your selling account, please complete the credit card verification process. To complete the verification process:
1. In Seller Central, go to “Settings” and click “Account info”.
2. Under “Payment information”, select “Charge method”.
3. Click “Replace charge method” and add your credit card details.
It may take up to 48 hours for updates to your credit card information to show on your seller account. Once the information has been updated, your account will be reactivated and any restrictions will be removed.?
其實次user的各個模塊都能正常使用,主user的應該也是,至少瀏覽各個模塊都正常。今天按照以上郵件提示操作,Replace charge method,還是選擇之前的信用卡,馬上就提示信用卡失效了。

據(jù)說是亞馬遜bug,等亞馬遜debug,不知道啥時候能恢復,想嘗試重新輸入信用卡,又擔心多次失效導致更大的問題,這種情況各位前輩都是如何解決的?非常感謝。

嘗試下重新添加下原來的信用卡,地址選擇和店鋪后臺公司地址一致,剛開始還是會提示無效,但是過一會就會驗證成功,可以進入后臺。(經(jīng)過幾個店鋪測試驗證,實體卡和虛擬信用卡都是可以的)

方法2:
1、點擊信用卡界面(看清楚現(xiàn)在的賬單地址)-管理付款方式-編輯信用卡信息,添加新地址,選擇美國地址
2、失效商城全部替換一下。
3、有效后,再編輯信用卡,換回原來地址就行
