上新時用表格導入多顏色SKU01和SKU02,后臺分配了相同的ASIN：AAAA，請問大佬們這個該怎么處理，現(xiàn)在情況：SKU01可售，SKU02我設了2023/12/31的發(fā)售日期未開售，兩個SKU庫存均已到亞馬遜倉，在以上條件下我償試過翻新，我用庫存加載工具模板導入刪除SKU02，24小時后并用SKU02相同資料（包括顏色，標題）SKU號只改改成02A上傳得到新ASIN：BBBB，然后去用BBBB+SKU02組成一個自發(fā)貨新鏈接，要客服映射，客服回答的幾個版本：

第一個版本：There’s existing inventory under the source ASINs. Since the source ASIN and the destination ASIN represent different products, we cannot perform the remap. 源 ASIN 下有現(xiàn)有庫存。由于源 ASIN 和目標 ASIN 代表不同的產(chǎn)品，我們無法執(zhí)行重新映射。

第二個版本thas been determined that the ASIN corresponding to the SKU currently does not match your product's managed inventory and Amazon Logistics inventory, which affects sales. Currently, you are required to follow the following steps:You must delete and relist the SKU under the correct ASIN for your listing to be active again.

To delete the listing:
1. From Seller Central, go to Inventory > Manage Inventory > All Inventory View.
2. Search for the listing you want to delete.
3. Check the box to the left of the listing.
4. From the ""Action on Selected"" drop-down menu, select “Delete Products and Listings” and click ""OK"".

Once you have deleted the listing, kindly create a new listing for the same SKU with the original ASIN you want to list on Amazon .?
Once the listing is created kindly convert the listing to FBA. It will take 24 hours for the changes to reflect in the system.已確定 SKU 對應的 ASIN 目前與您產(chǎn)品的管理庫存和亞馬遜物流庫存不匹配，從而影響了銷售。目前，您需要遵循以下步驟：您必須在正確的 ASIN 下刪除并重新列出 SKU，您的列表才能再次激活。要刪除列表

1、從 "賣家中心"，轉到 "庫存">"管理庫存">"所有庫存視圖"。
2、 搜索要刪除的刊登。
3、選中清單左側的方框。
4、從""對所選內容采取行動""下拉菜單中，選擇 "刪除產(chǎn)品和列表"，然后點擊""確定""。
刪除listing后，請為同一SKU創(chuàng)建一個新listing，并使用您想在亞馬遜上列出的原始ASIN。
創(chuàng)建列表后，請將列表轉換為 FBA。系統(tǒng)將在 24 小時內反映這些更改。
