亞馬遜買(mǎi)家賬戶被關(guān),導(dǎo)致賣(mài)家賬戶登陸不進(jìn)去,前臺(tái)正常顯示產(chǎn)品。我們開(kāi)通了北美歐洲站,但目前只做了美國(guó)站,歐洲站是沒(méi)有任何運(yùn)營(yíng)的,也沒(méi)用過(guò)買(mǎi)家賬戶,不知道為什么突然被關(guān)閉了

登陸買(mǎi)家賬戶也是一樣的報(bào)錯(cuò)。也沒(méi)有收到亞馬遜發(fā)的郵件。

打電話聯(lián)系了美國(guó)客服,郵件回復(fù)如下:
The decision to close your account was made solely by Amazon and you must address your concerns with Amazon.co.uk. Amazon.co.uk found that the rate at which were occurring on your account was extraordinary and could not continue. This determination means that you will no longer be able to order from any Amazon site. While this activity is not directly related to your Amazon.com account, we cannot allow you to remain an Amazon.com customer when a partner site has taken this action.

看郵件是英國(guó)的買(mǎi)家賬戶被關(guān),導(dǎo)致美國(guó)的買(mǎi)家賬戶也被關(guān)閉了。
請(qǐng)問(wèn)這種情況怎么快速恢復(fù)買(mǎi)家賬戶?
備注:
1. 我們開(kāi)通了北美歐洲站,但目前只做了美國(guó)站,歐洲站是沒(méi)有任何運(yùn)營(yíng)的,也沒(méi)用過(guò)買(mǎi)家賬戶,不知道為什么突然被關(guān)閉了
2. 在論壇看到其他人的基本都是賬戶被鎖(account locked),登陸的時(shí)候有地方申訴,可以提交信用卡相關(guān)資料去解封。我們的是被關(guān)閉(closed),我們現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有地方進(jìn)行申訴。
3. 給address-verification@amazon.com,address-verification@amazon.co.uk發(fā)了email也是自動(dòng)回復(fù),沒(méi)有后續(xù)
