美國(guó)站食品和商品安全問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致庫(kù)存一直在預(yù)留中，不奢求庫(kù)存能夠重新轉(zhuǎn)為在售了，只求怎么樣才能將庫(kù)存移走就好？

美國(guó)站在2022年8月份上架了一款兒童玩具產(chǎn)品，上架當(dāng)天就觸發(fā)CPC審核，我們通過(guò)了。但是在9月中旬庫(kù)存到貨后卻收到了Amazon.com Product Safety Team的下架郵件：

We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com because of reported safety concerns. Please note that you will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings. However, we prohibit re-listing products on Amazon.com once it is brought to your attention that sales of those products are not permitted.?

You should not ship any pending customer orders for this product yourself.?

If you would like to appeal this decision, please submit an up-to-date (within the last year) CPSIA Compliance testing documentation from a CPSC approved laboratory, in addition to safety standard ASTM F963 if the product is a toy to Seller Support .

仔細(xì)查看以上郵件可以得出產(chǎn)品是因?yàn)槭称钒踩珜?dǎo)致被下架的，需要提供最近一年內(nèi)的CPC證書以及CPSIA、ASTM F963的文件。好在我們的產(chǎn)品以上材料齊全并且檢測(cè)報(bào)告是在今年6月份新做的，報(bào)告內(nèi)容與Listing內(nèi)容一致，包括標(biāo)題，年齡，型號(hào)等等。

好家伙，直接不接受任何申訴了，CPC報(bào)告我們確定符合規(guī)定（CPSIA 總鉛+鄰苯；ASTM F963-17 玩具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；16 CFR Part 1501 小部件.），Lisitng我們也確定是保持和CPC報(bào)告一致的，CPC檢測(cè)報(bào)告是今年6月份做的，更別說(shuō)有多新鮮了。

現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)過(guò)去2個(gè)多月的時(shí)間，目前Listing已經(jīng)翻新到新的ASIN上，新的ASIN是正常的，但是亞馬遜庫(kù)存一直是預(yù)留中，無(wú)法銷售，也不能移除，經(jīng)過(guò)多方調(diào)查，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)基本確實(shí)產(chǎn)品是被召回的狀態(tài)了，不奢求庫(kù)存能夠重新轉(zhuǎn)為在售了，只求怎么樣才能將庫(kù)存移走就好？亞馬遜旺季倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)費(fèi)不是開玩笑的。

亞馬遜團(tuán)隊(duì)表示所以產(chǎn)品需要召回，才能要求把庫(kù)存全部移除出倉(cāng)，但是需要亞馬遜的調(diào)查處理，等待30天后才能移除庫(kù)存。發(fā)到海外倉(cāng)就行。移倉(cāng)后才有資格提交資料進(jìn)行申訴。我記得我當(dāng)時(shí)是提交移除訂單后，就開始申訴，申訴幾次后就成功了。鏈接也回來(lái)了，然后再把產(chǎn)品發(fā)到亞馬遜繼續(xù)賣。
