2.? 目前備案被移除了，是品牌賬戶后臺沒有品牌了么？店鋪被封了，后臺都登錄不了還是說后臺還能進(jìn)。

就目前獲得的信息：
1. 品牌被移除，但是小號確說?已在亞馬遜品牌注冊中注冊， 則證明品牌還有被授權(quán)賬戶，例如美國歐洲某國家或日本 你可以分別登陸進(jìn)去看看是否有，或者被授權(quán)的賬戶里面看看是否有品牌， 且看清楚品牌角色。

2.?有什么辦法可以讓商標(biāo)備案成功呢？之前被封的店鋪現(xiàn)在無法登錄亞馬遜后臺。
假設(shè)是密碼輸進(jìn)去了，沒反應(yīng)的這種“登陸不了”，那么要新號備案成功的前提就是當(dāng)前賬戶成功撤銷了品牌備案，目前系統(tǒng)提示品牌已經(jīng)備案了，說明只是品牌被移除了，并非品牌撤銷了。
那如何撤銷，我們之前嘗試過，也成功了，不知道是不是運(yùn)氣的成分，這里分享一下：

與賣家支持搭上線：
方法一：
A: 直接郵件解綁
邏輯是：因?yàn)橘~號凍結(jié)，關(guān)閉了非申訴入口的一切case方向，則現(xiàn)在需要通過第三方（郵箱）聯(lián)系上別人，然后讓別人幫我們解決問題。
1.需要聯(lián)系品牌團(tuán)隊(duì)（brandregistry-help@amazon.co.uk)證明你是商標(biāo)所有者（需要提交相關(guān)資料證明你就是所有者），然后直接說所有者（也就是你自己） 不允許亞馬遜再使用我注冊的商標(biāo)了【也可以使用其他說辭】，請求亞馬遜團(tuán)隊(duì)幫助我們刪掉或清除該賬號的商標(biāo)備案。
2.抄送一些其他賣家支持團(tuán)隊(duì)郵箱，這樣幾率可能稍微大一點(diǎn)
3.所需資料：商標(biāo)證書，運(yùn)營執(zhí)照，法人身份證，注冊回執(zhí)。
注： 有小伙伴抄送的郵箱選了Jeff的郵箱。。。照樣解綁成功。。
B 和客服搭上路：
第一種:

3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亞馬遜賬號的注冊郵箱
5. Question and comment：User email:亞馬遜賬號注冊郵箱Brand：已備案的品牌名 Specific reason for removal：隨便說兩句，因?yàn)檫@個case不會成功的。
6.亞馬遜會回復(fù)你：We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account. Refer to your Account Health Dashboard to learn more about the status of your account.

About our seller account's BRAND REMOVAL. The Amazon account was suspended on August 25th because we currently do not meet the UK VAT requirements. 三. 賬號被凍結(jié)的（deactivated）且被close的賬號，就是連登陸都登不進(jìn)去時：
由于其賬號注銷無法登錄后臺，也進(jìn)不了品牌注冊界面，就沒有辦法從后臺解綁備案，期間其聯(lián)系品牌備案團(tuán)隊(duì)郵箱，得到的答案均是讓其登錄后臺操作，但賣家無法進(jìn)入后臺，這就成了一個死循環(huán)。
