近期不少賣家在英國站產(chǎn)品遇到了安全問題，其中有部分賣家按照要求提交了產(chǎn)品圖，包裝圖，符合性聲明DOC 之后，亞馬遜卻回復(fù)仍缺少文件，其中大部分是燈具以及其他電子產(chǎn)品，具體郵件內(nèi)容如下:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for your message.

We are still missing a few documents required by Amazon policies.
Reply to this case with the following documentation for review in order to avoid reinstatement delays:

(a) EC Declaration of Conformity (This document can be obtained from the brand owner, EU/UK importer or EU/UK authorized representative) in line with applicable directives:

這是啥？DOC怎么才能包含這些內(nèi)容呢？原來這些是UKCA針對電子產(chǎn)品的指令，而之前遇到的DOC都是要求CE的指令。一般要求你提供UKCA-DOC的賣家都是因?yàn)榘b或者產(chǎn)品上面存在UKCA標(biāo)識，快去檢查一下是不是這樣。
