近期不少賣家在英國(guó)站產(chǎn)品遇到了安全問題，其中有部分賣家按照要求提交了產(chǎn)品圖，包裝圖，符合性聲明DOC 之后，亞馬遜卻回復(fù)仍缺少文件，其中大部分是燈具以及其他電子產(chǎn)品，具體郵件內(nèi)容如下:

We are still missing a few documents required by Amazon policies.
Reply to this case with the following documentation for review in order to avoid reinstatement delays:
(a) EC Declaration of Conformity (This document can be obtained from the brand owner, EU/UK importer or EU/UK authorized representative) in line with applicable directives:

SI 2012 No. 3032
SI 2016 No. 1101
SI 2017 No. 1206
(b) Please be informed that in order to move forward with the approval process, you will need to update the EC Declaration of Conformity with the printed full name and the signature.

這是啥？DOC怎么才能包含這些內(nèi)容呢？原來這些是UKCA針對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品的指令，而之前遇到的DOC都是要求CE的指令。一般要求你提供UKCA-DOC的賣家都是因?yàn)榘b或者產(chǎn)品上面存在UKCA標(biāo)識(shí)，快去檢查一下是不是這樣。
想要獲得UKCA-DOC，首先得對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，取得UKCA檢測(cè)報(bào)告，然后再根據(jù)UKCA去出具一份UKCA-DOC聲明文件就可以啦，之后就能收到通過審核的郵件啦，大家快去試試吧！
