以上是收到的侵權(quán)通知郵件，有幾十家都被投訴下架了，網(wǎng)上查了下snb react 是歐洲的一個(gè)非營利性投訴組織，專門幫投訴各種侵權(quán)，并非品牌或者商標(biāo)持有人。
我的產(chǎn)品確定沒有商標(biāo)侵權(quán)，是我自己的商標(biāo)，R標(biāo)再過兩個(gè)月左右能下來，但是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是仿的某大牌的，如果他們投訴設(shè)計(jì)專利，我能理解，但是介于這個(gè)投訴組織的神秘性，不知他們是什么套路，和原廠有什么關(guān)系，請(qǐng)教各位知友：
1.此類投訴申訴回來的概率大么？
2.有人遇到過類似的情況么，該如何申訴？
