被 internet.eu@snbreact.org 投訴商標(biāo)侵權(quán),有幾十家ASIN 被投訴了,實(shí)際上商標(biāo)并未侵權(quán),該如何申訴?

以上是收到的侵權(quán)通知郵件,有幾十家都被投訴下架了,網(wǎng)上查了下snb react 是歐洲的一個(gè)非營利性投訴組織,專門幫投訴各種侵權(quán),并非品牌或者商標(biāo)持有人。
我的產(chǎn)品確定沒有商標(biāo)侵權(quán),是我自己的商標(biāo),R標(biāo)再過兩個(gè)月左右能下來,但是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是仿的某大牌的,如果他們投訴設(shè)計(jì)專利,我能理解,但是介于這個(gè)投訴組織的神秘性,不知他們是什么套路,和原廠有什么關(guān)系,請(qǐng)教各位知友:
1.此類投訴申訴回來的概率大么?
2.有人遇到過類似的情況么,該如何申訴?
