以上是收到的侵權(quán)通知郵件,有幾十家都被投訴下架了,網(wǎng)上查了下snb react 是歐洲的一個(gè)非營利性投訴組織,專門幫投訴各種侵權(quán),并非品牌或者商標(biāo)持有人。

我的產(chǎn)品確定沒有商標(biāo)侵權(quán),是我自己的商標(biāo),R標(biāo)再過兩個(gè)月左右能下來,但是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是仿的某大牌的,如果他們投訴設(shè)計(jì)專利,我能理解,但是介于這個(gè)投訴組織的神秘性,不知他們是什么套路,和原廠有什么關(guān)系,請教各位知友:

1.此類投訴申訴回來的概率大么?
2.有人遇到過類似的情況么,該如何申訴?

遇到過類似情況 因?yàn)樽约耗硞€(gè)asin賣的比較好 所以被人惡意以商標(biāo)侵權(quán)投訴 實(shí)際并沒有 這種情況你聯(lián)系投訴人基本上沒有任何用 因?yàn)椴粫腥魏位貜?fù) 其次去聯(lián)系亞馬遜notice-dispute@amazon.com 和seller performance郵箱去做申訴 申訴內(nèi)容圍繞沒有商標(biāo)侵權(quán)為主 ?說明自己聯(lián)系了權(quán)利人但沒有收到回復(fù) 提供自己的商品購買發(fā)票 自己的商標(biāo)PDF TM或者R標(biāo)的 ?提供商品的一些商品專利或者廠家授權(quán)書之類的,給亞馬遜做以說明 如果運(yùn)氣好 就可以申訴回來 親測有效 但是不排除有人繼續(xù)投訴
