因?yàn)榉诸悊栴}被下架當(dāng)天補(bǔ)了專票,專票備注了這個(gè)產(chǎn)品名稱,屬于什么分類。重新提交了申訴,提供發(fā)票收據(jù)和申訴文件,申訴2次被拒絕,改怎么申訴

這些數(shù)字代表的分類完全不明白是什么。下載了分支表格,跟node id全部對不上。開了中文case,沒有權(quán)限知道是什么,開了英文case,說只有開這個(gè)case的團(tuán)隊(duì)才知道是什么。在上貨的時(shí)候把這些數(shù)字填寫進(jìn)去選分類,搜索了很多分類出來,但是大分類大部分是Automotive 這個(gè)大類,跟我們產(chǎn)品不搭邊。
接下來是申訴
申訴按鈕只能選“打鉤”,選“你已經(jīng)完成修改”。 發(fā)郵件寫我們產(chǎn)品沒有違規(guī)的申訴給listing report和listing evaluation團(tuán)隊(duì),全部都是自動(dòng)回復(fù),說此郵箱不監(jiān)督郵件接收。打電話給賬號(hào)安全部門,回復(fù)自己找一下幫助頁面。
申訴第一步 6.30號(hào)? 打鉤,說已經(jīng)修改(當(dāng)時(shí)并沒有修改),提交申訴
申訴第二布 當(dāng)天晚上改分類到Automotive這個(gè)小類,然后case 要求改大類,中英文都開了,被拒絕,說listing inactive,不能修改,只好改回來。 并在7.1號(hào)中午收到申訴回復(fù),被拒絕,沒有采取措施。但是有了提交文字和圖片的申訴的地方了。 所以當(dāng)天提交了產(chǎn)品圖片,品牌鏈接表明我們沒有違規(guī)。
申訴第三步? 7.2號(hào)中午收到回復(fù):要求提供發(fā)票“

It must clearly prove that your products do not violate the Amazon listing policy. 于是當(dāng)天補(bǔ)了專票,專票備注了這個(gè)產(chǎn)品名稱,屬于什么分類。重新提交了申訴,提供發(fā)票收據(jù),和上封申訴的文件。
申訴第四步? 7.5號(hào)收到回復(fù),被拒絕 “
We reviewed your appeal and determined that the corrective action items you have listed have not been implemented. Please make sure all corrective actions have been completed and violating content has been removed to be in compliance with your plan of action.
” 然后也沒有回復(fù)我們這些數(shù)字代表什么分類。
