收到商標(biāo)侵權(quán)沒有申訴渠道怎么申訴,五點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵詞里面確實(shí)有侵權(quán)詞,但是沒有收到績效通知并且沒有任何申訴渠道

-- “Basic cable works with Pinzon.” The cable is not sold or created by Pinzon.

Have your listings been removed in error?

然后我自己去開英文case,回復(fù)我說因?yàn)镹on Infringement而被下架,同時(shí)也給了我一個(gè)申訴郵箱,但是發(fā)給這個(gè)郵箱poa久久都不回復(fù)。case回復(fù)如下:
