因?yàn)镕BA配送導(dǎo)致的差評總共有幾種方法可以申訴?概率和時間大概是多少?
已在賣家支持Product Reviews欄目提交英文case,第二天就顯示已轉(zhuǎn)發(fā),但是過去一月有余依然沒有更新和回復(fù)。
前臺review下的Report abuse暫時只用自己的買家賬戶點(diǎn)了,準(zhǔn)備其他辦法行不通再找服務(wù)商點(diǎn)。
請問case這個回復(fù)和執(zhí)行時間是否正常?刪除review的幾率大不大?是否還有別的方法可以刪除這條差評?希望有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友來回答下,謝謝。
