不是所有的客訴都是Authenticity complaints哦,所以不是千篇一律的去找發(fā)票。
是其他你認為的other complaints, 就依他的要求去提供
亞馬遜的申訴一定要盡快做,不能拖,你若拖延,亞馬遜更拖, 讓他們看到你積極處理的態(tài)度。
如果對亞馬遜告知的complaint type,有異議,或是摸不著頭緒,實在找不出原因,那就老老實實,乖乖地去看這個ASIN的PRODUCT REVIEW吧,把所有的中差評翻出來,一一核對,一一解惑。
大家都說申訴過程中,態(tài)度要好,但是也不要太低聲下氣吧,business is business, 是錯的,我承認,我改正; 若是被誤解的,也請理直氣壯向他們辯論,因為有時候亞馬遜的工作人員也會出錯啊,比如FBA訂單,旺季時總是發(fā)錯貨,買的手機殼,收到的是DVD, 這種差評,我確實收到過啊.
所以若是wrong item complaint, 又是FBA ORDER, 那就是被誤會冤枉的客訴。不能怪我咯,怪亞馬遜咯
一定要盡快申訴成功,時間太久,那個有好排名好銷售的LISTING, 經(jīng)過兩周兩月的雪藏,再出江湖時,一定是排名落孫山,等于從新開始,很慘啊.
在平日里,若有收到差評和negative product review, 也要重視哦, 如果是FBA貨,一定要馬上核查,這樣在BLOCK之時,也可以跟亞馬遜說,你在比他這個BLOCK 更早的時間里,就有積極處理客訴了。 Best Customer service 是他們看得重的吧.
