我們提供了增值稅普通發(fā)票，并且可以在國家稅務(wù)總局查詢到。發(fā)票上的信息包括ASIN號(hào)，賣家ID都有列出，可是審核團(tuán)隊(duì)回復(fù)我拒絕的理由是“the tax number on the invoice not match with the tax number on chapter “，有小伙伴遇到類似的情況嗎？這個(gè)應(yīng)該怎么解決？團(tuán)隊(duì)那邊也一直不回復(fù)。郵件原文如下：
