亞馬遜最近一次回復(fù)，原文如下，是不是要乖乖承認(rèn)錯誤，寫申訴信救店鋪了，第一次亞麻要求提供供應(yīng)商授權(quán)書或者權(quán)利人授權(quán)書，第二次回復(fù)要求提供-- Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization).

英國外觀專利屬于形式審查，哪怕只做一些小小的改動，也是有可能申請下來的。所以英國外觀專利價值相對來說會低一些，一般用作與保護自己的產(chǎn)品不侵權(quán)他人，在投訴上的力度會比較小。目前你要搞情況，投訴方是誰，侵權(quán)的到底是哪一塊專利，去查詢他的專利是什么時候申請下來的。再對比你最早的銷售時間。如果你這邊是在先銷售的，可以將店鋪最早開始銷售鏈接的截圖，寫明時間先后，和理由，然后讓亞馬遜恢復(fù)鏈接?；蛘咧苯酉蛴膶＠痔岢鰧＠麩o效申請。對方申請的是英國外觀，可以做無效專利申請。
