海外倉的產(chǎn)品被投訴了,亞馬遜審核之后暫停銷售了,給到了這兩個(gè)解決方案,第二個(gè)的意思是我們重新添加一款產(chǎn)品,然后亞馬遜會幫我們把海外倉的產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移到新的ASIN下嗎?
To quickly resolve this issue, please let us know within 48 hours which one of the following steps you want to take:
1. Create a removal order for your units and correct the labeling on new shipments. We will change the status of all units to Unfulfillable. This option will allow you to send us new units that will become sellable as soon as we receive the inventory. If you select this option please wait for our confirmation that units have moved to Unfulfillable before you create the removal order.
2. Provide the correct ASIN for relabeling so that we may begin relabeling right away. You must have or create an offer for the correct ASIN. Your listing will remain suspended until we’ve relabeled all units to the correct ASIN.?
If we don’t hear from you within the allotted time, we will change the status of all the units to Unfulfillable.
