新賬號(hào)審核20天沒進(jìn)展,絕望的我寫了封信給Jeff……很多問題解決不了都可以找他,但是一定要有禮貌,有理有據(jù)。
2018年1月5號(hào)拿到招商經(jīng)理鏈接
2018年 7日開始注冊(cè),資料不過,然后重新提交
2018年9號(hào)提交第一次,還是沒達(dá)到要求
2018年11日再次提交,然后了無(wú)音訊了......
聯(lián)系過各種賣家支持,中文英文的,就是說(shuō)幫我催催。
聯(lián)系了case owner, 兩封郵件了,依然沒有任何回應(yīng)。
聯(lián)系過美國(guó)亞馬遜前臺(tái),轉(zhuǎn)美國(guó)賣家支持,也沒任何作用。

一等就是20來(lái)天。別人都是3天完成的,到我這怎么就
我已經(jīng)心灰意冷了,想著注銷賬號(hào)重新申請(qǐng)個(gè)吧。。。
突然想到給jeff寫封信吧,我就訴訴苦吧!jeff 日理萬(wàn)機(jī)的,我這種小事收不到回復(fù)也是正常的。
2018年2月1日凌晨,寫了封信給jeff.....
2018年 2月3日(周五)驚喜的收到了回信???!??!
2018年2月5日(周一)收到了賬號(hào)審核通過的消息了?。。。。。∵@速度?。。?!

Hi Jeff,
For the CASE ID *** about US - Seller Identity Verification, I have waited 20 days , still no any feedback about it.
1. Contacted seller support many times, everyone told me to wait more, and they would help to inform the case owner about it. But no any results now.
2. I replied that case owner two times also, and no response from it.
3. Contacted American Amazon Service twice, the girls told me American Seller Support would contact me via E-mail in 24 hours. But no any response.
4. Contacted American Seller Support in voice, after hardly communicated 24 mins, she told me to wait another 1-2 business days. The same, no feedback.
For Amazon account review need 3 days, and Amazon Seller Support should be in 24 hours, right?
However I have waited the feedback 20 days already, from January 11th to January 30th(Today is my birthday).
All my goods and pictures and description is ready, I am worries if I could delivery them to American before Spring Festival Holiday.
This is my first time to start my own business since I graduated last year. I am still full of hope for Amazon.
Could you kindly help to check the CASE ID *** , and urge the relevant team member to review my submitted information ASAP?
Your response would be my lucky start in Amazon.
