這事情第一時(shí)間跟老板討論,老板怕后續(xù)有什么麻煩,也就直接妥協(xié)了,沒有找客服,因?yàn)闆]有能給美金的渠道所以直接退款,但是退款的金額達(dá)不到50美金,也將就退了

一看確實(shí)是有敲詐嫌疑,發(fā)生問題要求拍照確認(rèn)很正常,空口無(wú)憑,還寫得長(zhǎng)篇大論,明顯是有備而來(lái)且專業(yè)的,還不退貨拍照。曾經(jīng)遇到過(guò)一例,護(hù)膚品用了過(guò)敏索賠,我們是找買家要了醫(yī)院出具的證明跟付費(fèi)記錄,買家也積極配合,我們也通過(guò)Paypal打款了。
針對(duì)你這個(gè)情況,我還是會(huì)說(shuō)明產(chǎn)品使用場(chǎng)景及使用說(shuō)明書,要求客戶提供損壞照片包括手受傷的證明,同時(shí),表明態(tài)度:如果是我們的問題,將承擔(dān)損失賠償??蛻舨惶峁?,這也將是客戶一旦投訴,你能申訴的有力證據(jù)。
