方法1:親測(cè)催促貨件有效的辦法:晚上開(kāi)英文客服,說(shuō)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)時(shí)效長(zhǎng)影響顧客體驗(yàn)。第二天就接收了1000,本來(lái)10 天都沒(méi)有接收的。====方法2:分享我這邊的一些操作技巧,自測(cè)可以加快亞馬遜的接收速度。效果還不錯(cuò),僅供大家參考
1.創(chuàng)建貨件盡可能用原廠包裝箱。(減少亞馬遜倉(cāng)庫(kù)人員操作麻煩度)
2.單個(gè)貨件盡可能單個(gè)貨件只發(fā)一個(gè)SKU。(減少亞馬遜倉(cāng)庫(kù)人員操作麻煩度)
3.旺季(prime day,圣誕節(jié))盡量避免偏遠(yuǎn)倉(cāng)庫(kù)等。
4.貨件務(wù)必填寫(xiě)物流追蹤單號(hào)
5.尾端派送實(shí)測(cè)時(shí)效接收速度(DHL>Fedex>UPS)
6.至于官方解釋說(shuō)亞馬遜接收貨件是排隊(duì)的,這個(gè)是個(gè)偽命題,我很多次都是晚派送進(jìn)倉(cāng)的反而先接收。
7.在派送進(jìn)倉(cāng)后,盡可能的加快產(chǎn)品的動(dòng)銷(xiāo),亞馬遜是非常注重買(mǎi)家體驗(yàn)的平臺(tái),如果暢銷(xiāo)品斷貨后會(huì)影響買(mǎi)家體驗(yàn),加快動(dòng)銷(xiāo)符合亞馬遜的平臺(tái)體驗(yàn)。
8.都在預(yù)售的庫(kù)存可以晚上開(kāi)英文case催一下上架,實(shí)測(cè)有用
