新注冊(cè)的店鋪用新申請(qǐng)的美標(biāo)來進(jìn)行備案,目前還是只有回執(zhí) 5月份注冊(cè)的商標(biāo) , 備案被拒絕 回復(fù)郵件后還是同樣的答復(fù),商品使用圖片也發(fā)了, 郵件也不說怎么解決 有知道的說下,? 商標(biāo)不是店鋪法人的名字 注冊(cè)的時(shí)候選擇的是 商標(biāo)所有者 是不是這個(gè)原因, 另外注冊(cè)的時(shí)候沒有放帶商標(biāo)包裝的商品圖 但是后面郵件我補(bǔ)上去了 回復(fù)還是同樣的郵件 , 也沒讓我發(fā)商標(biāo)驗(yàn)證碼 直接就是拒絕 有什么辦法解決呢?? (服務(wù)商說是律師的問題 說換掉律師才能備案, 注冊(cè)商標(biāo)的人說 商標(biāo)局看的狀態(tài)是正常的,請(qǐng)問律師真的會(huì)有問題嗎? 這個(gè)原因是有的嗎 ? )
