新注冊的店鋪用新申請的美標來進行備案，目前還是只有回執(zhí) 5月份注冊的商標 ， 備案被拒絕 回復郵件后還是同樣的答復，商品使用圖片也發(fā)了， 郵件也不說怎么解決 有知道的說下，? 商標不是店鋪法人的名字 注冊的時候選擇的是 商標所有者 是不是這個原因， 另外注冊的時候沒有放帶商標包裝的商品圖 但是后面郵件我補上去了 回復還是同樣的郵件 ， 也沒讓我發(fā)商標驗證碼 直接就是拒絕 有什么辦法解決呢？? （服務商說是律師的問題 說換掉律師才能備案， 注冊商標的人說 商標局看的狀態(tài)是正常的，請問律師真的會有問題嗎？ 這個原因是有的嗎 ？ ）
