我上周五收到亞馬遜Review我?guī)舻泥]件，讓我以傳真方式提供以下資料?
1、Complete residential address.
2、A copy of an unexpired passport or other government-issued identification (for example, driver’s license).
3、Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill (if the address on the passport or government-issued identification is not current。
我前天有發(fā)傳真過去，昨天中午亞馬遜也回了我，說收到了傳真，會在處理完后24小時郵件我，也就在差不多同時間我的帳戶變成Suspended狀態(tài)，在后臺主頁的小紅旗提示為：
? ? Amazon has suspended your account. Please refer to the email from Amazon to learn more about the status of your account. Read more
我點(diǎn)Read more沒看到有關(guān)suspended的原因說明，也沒收到有關(guān)郵件，發(fā)郵件問亞馬遜也沒得到回復(fù)，不知怎么做才可以解除suspended狀態(tài)，非常感謝！

有4個單，其中兩小包丟包，但我FBA補(bǔ)發(fā)過，還有兩個跟蹤號忘填了
會不會有可能是這原因呢
還有一種可以，我上個月將不可售產(chǎn)品建了個移除訂單給測評師做測評，這不知會不會導(dǎo)致帳戶凍結(jié)?
