1. 為什么會出現(xiàn)這種情況?
2. 是否應(yīng)該提交申訴,提交申訴是否有成功案例可以分享?
3. 如果不提交申訴,店鋪品牌是否會被移除?一般出現(xiàn)這個訪問權(quán)限被撤銷后不申訴多久后店鋪品牌會被移除?
4. 還有哪些副作用會出現(xiàn);
5. 賣品牌的服務(wù)商跟我們說注冊透明計劃,品牌就不會掉了,是這樣子的么?

故事背景:
- 周三的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)有1個賬號出現(xiàn)了舉報違規(guī)行為的訪問權(quán)限被撤銷的情況,有去開case詢問亞馬遜客服為什么會被移除了權(quán)限,結(jié)果可想而知,沒有得到任何有用的回復(fù);在知無上看了一下相關(guān)小伙伴發(fā)的帖子,七零八碎的了解了一下,有說不申訴會被移除品牌的,有說申訴一定會被移除品牌的。現(xiàn)在很被動,不知道要怎么做才比較合適 T-T
這個賬號只有英國站在6月底的時候舉報過一次跟賣,舉報狀態(tài)是成功的,其余沒有操作任何舉報行為,我們的店鋪也都是一直白帽運營,沒有任何違規(guī)動作;
- 周四的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)第二個賬號也出現(xiàn)了舉報違規(guī)行為的訪問權(quán)限被撤銷,這個店鋪我們從去年到今年基本沒有任何銷售,上面有些以前的產(chǎn)品鏈接,但是都是沒有庫存了的,所以這個賬號一直都是處于閑置的狀態(tài);
- 今天早上發(fā)現(xiàn)第三個賬號也出現(xiàn)了舉報違規(guī)行為的訪問權(quán)限被撤銷,這個店鋪我們今年6月份有舉報過1次跟賣,舉報結(jié)果是已拒絕,因為我們的是TM標(biāo),所以舉報沒有成功。然后沒有其它任何違規(guī)操作;

提醒一下,和品牌經(jīng)理確認(rèn)過了,現(xiàn)在不做test buy去投訴跟賣,品牌濫用的風(fēng)險很大。建議去做申訴,如果不申訴可能會引起進(jìn)一步的品牌濫用。你這個服務(wù)商有點不負(fù)責(zé)任,不是說做了透明計劃就不會品牌濫用了,也有很多賣家出現(xiàn)了做了透明計劃出現(xiàn)品牌濫用的行為的。
