Account locked- 賣家賬戶被鎖定 原因是買家賬戶被鎖定。聽說最近這種情況比較多,還請大家集思廣益

我的賬戶賣家賬戶目前正常,買家賬戶被鎖,導(dǎo)致賣家登錄不上。Tips: 亞馬遜賣家支持團隊告訴我的。

后面各種打電話,發(fā)郵件,終于在7月10號得到回復(fù)說:

MD,我根本就沒有在中國亞馬遜上開賬戶啊。當(dāng)天回復(fù)了Account Specialist團隊,今天7月19號了還沒回復(fù)。
1,后臺開case 。機械式回復(fù),要我找買家支持團隊。
2,? ?聯(lián)系賣家支持。也是說在調(diào)查,過幾天說要我找買家支持團隊
3,聯(lián)系A(chǔ)ccount Specialist團隊。如上
4,給美國亞馬遜消費者支持打了30個電話??头颊f沒有權(quán)限,需要Account Specialist去處理。

大神們,如果有相同遭遇的,請給小弟提供一些思路和方案。不勝感激.

解決辦法嘗試:
1、提交信用卡賬單是登錄買家賬號的時候提示的,登錄買家賬戶,根據(jù)登錄界面提示提交信息,看是否有讓你提交信用卡賬單,信用卡的信息需要和后臺的保持一致,可以加個綜合信息查詢憑證順帶提交
2、買家號沒有入口的話,可以發(fā)郵件給這些郵箱,這些郵箱是專門處理買家號問題的,順帶提交信用卡賬單+憑證:
