我的一個(gè)老賬號，已經(jīng)一年沒有上新過了，一直在那放著。最近想備案一個(gè)商標(biāo)來上產(chǎn)品。

但是備案時(shí)，遇到說品牌濫用，是怎么回事？有人遇到并解決嗎？謝謝

商標(biāo)是通過深圳亞易注冊的。亞馬遜賬號是我自己資料注冊的，之前也沒有濫用舉報(bào)過。下面我備案時(shí)亞馬遜回復(fù)的。

另外什么情況會導(dǎo)致品牌濫用呢,有兩大種情況：
1.新品牌，
R標(biāo)沒有下來，直接用TM標(biāo)去進(jìn)行備案導(dǎo)致濫用
商標(biāo)代理，，要選擇靠譜值得信任的代理人
2.已有備案的品牌
品牌不斷的進(jìn)行備案撤銷備案撤銷
濫用品牌投訴功能
多次授權(quán)給其他賬號
跨站點(diǎn)連坐
商標(biāo)代理人
店鋪有績效問題
