?具體是這樣,這個客人給產(chǎn)品留了差評,我在品牌的customer reviews上找到客人差評然后說給full refund,別人回復(fù)了,就說要全額退款,然后我就這樣說

然后發(fā)完消息了,我才反應(yīng)過來這樣好像是操縱評論了,但是我的本意是如果他覺得售后服務(wù)不錯的話可以說下我們服務(wù)不錯這樣,
