大詞第二頁突然掉到十幾頁甚至搜不到,銷量大受影響,來好評(píng)評(píng)分卻下降,最近亞馬遜在修改算法?
1. 我有個(gè)產(chǎn)品A本來大關(guān)鍵詞是在第二頁的,突然間掉到十幾頁甚至有時(shí)候搜不到,換了不同的ip和賬號(hào)搜索也是這樣,賬號(hào)收貨地址是美國(guó)的地址。產(chǎn)品的銷量也大受影響,我查了退貨、退款都沒有異樣,也沒有差評(píng)feedback或者review,競(jìng)品也沒有突飛猛進(jìn)的,現(xiàn)在只能靠著廣告出單,找不到原因,不知道有沒有人也有一樣的經(jīng)歷?

2. 另一個(gè)產(chǎn)品B review沒有刪減,但是有新增五星review,可是評(píng)分卻下降了,來好評(píng)評(píng)分卻下降的情況大家有遇到過嗎?是review的權(quán)重被改了嗎?

以上兩個(gè)問題我暫時(shí)找不出原因,只能歸結(jié)為亞馬遜算法在修改,又或者是測(cè)評(píng)被亞馬遜檢測(cè)到的懲罰?

"By customer groups” shows how a specific group of customers rated this product. Customers are assigned to groups based on several factors including past purchases, shipping addresses, and Amazon program memberships. Amazon only displays aggregate ratings and never reveals which customers are in a specific group.
