需要更改二步驗(yàn)證的手機(jī)號，要求提交身份證正反面掃描件驗(yàn)證，但是一直審核不通過，請問是有什么特殊的要求是沒有說明的嗎？是必須遮蓋掉身份證號碼才能通過審核嗎？還是有別的什么要求？

店鋪需要更改二步驗(yàn)證的手機(jī)號，需要提交身份證正反面掃描件驗(yàn)證。但是一直審核不通過，亞馬遜就一直回復(fù)同樣的郵件內(nèi)容：
