Hi! ?I am a young man with a medical condition that can intermittently interferes with my balance. It was decided that I should use some type of walking aid by my Doctors. ?After comparing Hurrycanes with my grandma my girlfriend and I decided that I could use something more appropriate for my age. I chose your product and was able to use the first one for only several weeks before it disintegrated. ?I then thought maybe I just got a bad stick and the other would be much better based on your quality reviews. ?The second time your product disintegrated while I was using it to help me navigate slowly down a flight of stairs. ?The disintegration of your product at that time was the direct and proximate cause of several injuries as I tumbled down a flight of concrete stairs and landed on my head with a severe concussion and serious damage to both of my feet and ankles. ?I am sitting here with $25,000 of medical bills due to the poor quality of your product and your companies direct negligence. ?I would like to keep this out of the courts but would not hesitate to seek legal assistance and pursue a case against your company should that be necessary. ?Due to HIPPA related concerns I will be unable to provide you with any further information. ?How do you suggest we resolve this very serious issue? ? ?
